ABOUT US
Roofmates was born out of the supervision of a QA department that embraced the ladder assist/third party scoping concept from its inception and our understanding of how we could improve on it. Oversight of the pros and cons of the available offerings in our industry lead us to develop a service we believe addresses the limitations of the current offerings while refining the processes that make these services attractive to our carriers and clients.

Industry leading field documentation services for our clients is made possible by utilizing licensed adjusters, HAAG certified trainers, and an all platform integration allowing for a seamless workflow making our clients lives easier and the insureds experience better.

Field Documentation Services
Roofmates provides field documentation services by licensed adjusters during high volume events.
​
Hail and wind events are the most common perils handled by our team.
Tarp Removal & Installation
Roofmates employs a tarp team during all events to support our adjusters including removal and reinstallation as well as new tarps if directed by our client. Claims requiring a tarp are prioritized so that a field inspection and tarping can take place simultaneously preventing additional damage to the risk.
RATES
Roofmates understands the value this service brings to our clients and has worked to ensure our pricing remains inline with current market rates for similar services.
